An Interview.... with me!
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 12:13PM This is the interview I did with Josh Mathews, that I mentioned in the previous post. It's the first time I've done something like this, so I think I sound a little overly earnest. But, it should be interesting to anyone who wants a little peak behind-the-scenes of the creation of Treasure Adventure Game.

If anything, you're just too hard on yourself. This guy was praising your work and you were like "naw, it's really not that creative". I do like your humility though.
By the way, after I saw the end, I don't care what you say, you have a unique and unexpected twist. I thought I saw the end coming with what appeared to be a twist, but an obvious and already used one... and then BAM, not what I expected AT ALL that didn't seem to have ANY hint or foreshadowing I caught, a complete surprise.
I haven't played the game yet but I've listened to the whole interview and found it very interesting and inspiring.
I was always thinking about making games myself and games like Knytt Stories and Cave Story really inspire me too. I have few ideas and stories in my mind that I want to turn in little Knytt-like exploration games. I can draw, I know a bit about programming and I write some music (the url points to it) but it's a bit hard to start creating something and this drags for years now. I can't even imagine how people can work on a game for few years. Probably you have to believe in yourself a lot.
So.. thanks for your game and a great interview!
